It's finally sinking in...

Our days here in Chicago have passed by quickly. The week of our much anticpated departure is here and we are feeling very nostalgic. Over the weekend we reflected on our eight week transition period. The time spent with family and friends was memorable. We were fortunate enough to get away for weekends in Wisconsin and Michigan, enjoy family picnics and barbeques, and spend time downtown at the Taste of Chicago and  the Shedd Aquarium. This will be a summer that we will never forget! With only two days left in Chicago the reality of our new adventure and leaving our home is finally sinking in...
